Nike Skate Tour

conceptual pitch

Nike Skate Tour was a 15 week school project done in collaboration with Nike. The assignment was to act as if skateboarding was an Olympic event and to make an experience surrounding it. Working in a team of 3, we created a digital and physical experience for fans and skaters at the 2016 Rio Olympics. 

In this project my team and I designed an interactive tour that takes skaters through the streets of Rio de Janeiro; we envisioned taking the status quo of current skateboarding competitions and instead creating a skate competition event that took fans throughout the city at different street skating locations.
